In Greece, the Office of Coordination, Institutional, International and European Affairs of the General Secretariat of the Government is the central governmental authority responsible for coordinating and monitoring progress towards the implementation of the SDGs at national level.

The full text of the Agenda 2030 is available in Greek. The Greek government asked the Hellenic Platform in an ad-hoc manner, for feedback to be included in the Voluntary National Review.

The Hellenic Platform has proposed a national coalition of CSOs, as well as a National Multi-Stakeholder Platform (Academia, Civil Society, Business Policy-Makers).

CSOs in Greece are actively involved in the areas of sustainable development, with public awareness activities and events, and also put pressure on policy makers. The aim and challenge is to establish a broad partnership for the implementation of the SDGs in Greece.
